This Creator / Streamer Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the relationship between StreamTips.in (“Platform”, “we”, “us”) and creators/streamers (“Creator”, “you”) using the platform to receive tips.

1. Platform Role

StreamTips.in is a technology platform that enables viewers to support creators through digital credits and tip alerts. StreamTips is not an employer, agent, partner, or representative of any creator.

2. Eligibility

Creators must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into this Agreement. By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate.

3. Credits & Tips

• Viewers purchase digital credits on the Platform.
• Tips are sent using these credits.
• Credits are not legal tender and have no value outside the Platform.
• Credits are non-transferable.

4. Earnings & Commission

• The current platform fee is 7% per successful tip.
• Fees may change with prior notice.
• Earnings shown are indicative until settlement.

5. Payouts

• Payouts are processed on request.
• Subject to verification and settlement.
• Processing times may vary.
• Minimum payout limits may apply.
• Payouts are restricted until KYC is approved.

6. Chargebacks & Refunds

In case of refunds, disputes, or chargebacks, the corresponding amount may be deducted from the creator’s balance.

7. Content Responsibility

Creators are solely responsible for their content. Illegal, harmful, or prohibited content is not permitted.

8. Account Suspension

StreamTips reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in cases of fraud, abuse, or policy violations. Payouts may be withheld during investigations.

9. Taxes

Creators are responsible for reporting and paying applicable taxes. StreamTips does not deduct taxes unless required by law.

10. KYC & Verification

To comply with banking and payment partner requirements, creators may be required to complete identity and payment verification (KYC) before withdrawing earnings.

• Creators may receive tips without completing KYC.
• Payouts are restricted until KYC is approved.
• Additional documents may be required in the future for compliance or higher payout limits.
• StreamTips reserves the right to delay or withhold payouts until verification is complete.

11. Modifications

This Agreement may be updated periodically. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
