1. Donation Refunds

All donations are final. Refunds are issued only in rare cases, such as technical errors or unauthorized payments.

2. Valid Refund Requests

• Duplicate transactions
• Payment made in error within 24 hours

3. Cancellation

Once a donation is processed, it cannot be canceled.
