No. Unused credits cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for cash.

Are refunds available?

Credits are non-refundable once successfully added. Refunds may be considered only in case of a verified technical failure.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. All payments are processed through secure and authorized payment gateways. StreamTips does not store sensitive payment information.

Will I get an invoice?
