This Viewer Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of StreamTips.in (“Platform”, “we”, “us”) by viewers (“Viewer”, “you”) who send tips to creators using the Platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use StreamTips. By using the Platform, you confirm that you meet the age requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. Credits & Payments

• Viewers purchase digital credits on the Platform.
• Credits are used to send tips to creators.
• Credits are not legal tender and have no cash value.
• Credits are non-transferable and platform-specific.

3. Tips

Tips are voluntary contributions sent to creators using credits. Once a tip is successfully sent, it cannot be reversed except where required by law or payment partner rules.

4. Refunds

Credit purchases and tips are generally non-refundable. Refunds, if any, are subject to payment gateway rules, technical failures, or legal requirements.

5. Platform Role

StreamTips acts as a technology platform facilitating digital tips and alerts. StreamTips is not responsible for creator content, promises, or conduct.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to misuse the Platform, including but not limited to fraud, chargeback abuse, harassment, or attempts to bypass platform systems.

7. Account Suspension

StreamTips reserves the right to suspend or terminate viewer accounts for abuse, fraud, policy violations, or legal risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

StreamTips shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Platform, including loss of credits due to technical issues or disputes.

9. Modifications

This Agreement may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
