3. Digital Services & Delivery

StreamTips provides digital services only. No physical goods are sold, and no shipping or delivery of physical items is involved. All services are delivered electronically through the platform.

4. Platform Credits

• Platform credits are non-refundable digital credits
• Credits have no cash value
• Credits can only be used on StreamTips
• Credits cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or exchanged for cash

5. Payments

All payments are processed through authorized third-party payment gateways. StreamTips does not store sensitive payment information such as card details, CVV, UPI PINs, or bank credentials.

6. Donations

Donations made through StreamTips are facilitated using platform credits. These donations are not charitable contributions and are not eligible for tax benefits.

7. Streamer Payouts

Streamers may request payouts subject to:

• Completion of required KYC and bank verification
• Minimum payout threshold
• A standard holding period for transaction settlement
• Compliance and fraud checks

Approved payout requests are processed on a weekly settlement cycle. StreamTips reserves the right to delay or adjust payouts in case of disputes or chargebacks.

8. Prohibited Activities

• Fraudulent or misleading activity
• Misuse of platform credits
• Impersonation or false representation
• Abuse of donation systems

9. Account Suspension

StreamTips reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, applicable laws, or platform policies, without prior notice.
